The benefits of Cardiac Rehabilitation are many. It reduces your overall chances of dying, the chance of future heart problems, and the chance of another heart attack.

Cardiac Rehab decreases the pain and lessens the chance that you will have to go back to the hospital or emergency room with another attack.

It can improve your overall health and quality of life!

It can elevate your mood!

Statistics say, "You will have another heart issue in five years if there has been no life style change."

Your optimum benefit for cardiac rehabilitation is three times a week.

To participate you need a Doctor's order and must meet certain criteria such as having had a heart catheterization with stent, heart attack, bypass or have stable angina.

To participate in this program the discharge hospital can contact Rock County Hospital with orders for the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program and Rock County Hospital will then contact you.

We offer a special wellness center rate to our cardiac rehab graduates.
