About Us:

The Long Term Care unit of Rock County Hospital offers 30 beds, Intermediate Residential Care, and is Medicaid Certified.

Specifics:

We now provide an open dining atmosphere for all three meals.  Call nutrition services if you would like to eat a meal with your resident family member.

Snacks are available throughout the day.

We offer Semi-Private and Private Rooms, Wanderguard Security System and 24 hour Professional Care.
